How can I pay?

 

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) are accepted as well as PayPal accounts.

Do you offer international delivery?

 

Yes, International shipping rates will apply. 

What is your return policy? 

 

K. Lust, LLC will only allow exchanges. If you would like to exchange you may return merchandise in its original selling condition within 28 days after the shipping date. If any items are worn or damaged it will not be accepted. Identify the item that you wish to return on the receipt/ packing slip. When K. Lust receives your package we will send a one time access code VIA email that can be used on K-lust.com when you checkout. Store credit will be equivalent to your purchase amount. Taxes and shipping rates are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is successfully placed you may not cancel your order. 

How do I track my order?

You will recieve a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. 

How long will it take until I receive my order? 

You should recieve your order in 3- 5 business days after being shipped. You may be able to expedite your order with additional costs. 

What are the hours of operation?

We ship merchandise everyday from 6am - 5pm EST. Customer Support is available Monday through Friday 9am - 7pm EST
